There are just too many reminders here where I live. I can't seem to escape it. Just driving down the highways, passing different hospitals, restaurants, etc. brings it all back like a flood. I bought some poinsettias to take out to him soon. I was informed that not everything will be in place before the end of January, perhaps February. I feel again that I should have had this done by now, but it is just so stinkin' hard. So I will just run and poke them in the ground (instead of a vase) if the rain permits me to do so. None of this was supposed to have happened; it makes me sad and angry all over again to think about it. Once I get it done, will I be able to pack up and go? I don't know. I did it before, but I was not as traumatized then.
