Yay!  I'm prepping. Tuesday morning they take the plate out of my arm/hand.  It will have been 11 weeks it's been in.  The x-rays look great, even though I didn't make it out the hospital door with my copies.  My main concern now is not being able to completely turn my right arm.  I will have lots more therapy to get everything loosened up again.  I can't help but think about Tri-Flo; Dennis would probably say just spray some of that in there.  He thought it surpassed WD-40 by a long shot.

Of course the first few days of post-op are the hardest, and I really don't have anyone willing to stay a few days/nights with me.  The overall lack of support has been an issue, but I HAVE made a few new friends during this ordeal.  Hopefully things will start improving, and I will be driving again in a few weeks.  

P.S.  The monument company has finally got things figured out, but at the expense of my bank account.  If you're into morbid, I guess it would be a good business (mortuaries) to go into; they make a killing off people...
