I noticed we have several new members this week. First and foremost I want to give you a Big Canadian hug and welcome you here. Please feel free to visit often and post if and when you are comfortable to do so. Any issue of grief or faith is welcome or whatever is on your mind that you need a faith based community for support.
I would like to make a request of all members here both old and new. If you know of even one person that may benefit from this site please let them know about us. It is my Christmas wish that this becomes a growing, vibrant faith based community that is a place of healing and hope. The word community is very important because without each and every one of you a community would not exist. I feel very blessed to be the moderator here but I need you all for this site to truly work. As I have said before I truly see God as the moderator of this site and he is using me as a tool to achieve that goal.
Thank you all for being you!. Each and every one of you are very special to me. There is all kinds of families nowadays and this is our family of faith in which grief has brought us together. God bless. Gerry
You are so correct, there are all kinds of families now. We are a family that has been brought together by grief and our faith. My Canadian brother, here is a big Texas {{ HUG }}. Sure appreciate all you have done to keep this forum going! God Bless. Cheryl

I've noticed an increase in new members on the other board to. Seems like every time I log on I see a new post. If there ever was a reason for the older members to hold on, this is it. All these new folks are going to need support that can only truly come from someone who has been there. I was truly blessed to have found this site. And even though most have not seen the other face to face, I consider all you folks here my internet friends. Not exaggerating when I say I believe God directed me to this site. If not why did I get what I needed during those times. He knew and sent me here. Thanks everyone for being there.
