Hi friends, some of you may know me from the Widows and Widower board. I have been visiting this faith board for a few months and just never posted. Tonight however v I feel compelled to share my story here.

I lost my dear husband of 40 years in August of 2015. In addition to the loss of the center of my life I was cast into a precarious financial state. We were both retired and both suffered serious medical issues the previous year resulting with my back permanently injured.

I knew I had to find employmnt, at least part 5ime. I prayed about it and decided I could not go back to the high stress job I had. After nearly month of prayer I was led to be a care provider. I called the people that had provided staff for both my parents and my husband and they told me if I could get my CNA I had a job. MIRACLE # 1

I checked at the local community college and found a class starting in 5 days. MIRACLE # 2. The cost for the class was over $500.00. But there was a scholarship available. I qualified for 100% scholarship. MIRACLE # 3. I enrolled, took the class and passed the state certification exam. (I spent much of the class time in tears and confusion. ) MIRACLE#4 I was offered a job then but realized that providing medical care would be more than I could emotionally handle just 7 weeks after I lost my Big Swede. So I waited. And while finances were tight, I managed. MIRACLE # 5. In March I enrolled in the Medication Aide class and again was granted a full scholarship. And passed the exams. MIMIRACLE # 6.
This week i spoke to the wonderful b people with the home health care agency and they have a position for me! And they were willing to find a client/patient that would fit my physical limitations! MIRACLE.# 7. God is so good.
