Your best resource here is Amazon. I learned everything I know about Wicca from books and was able to order occult supplies there. Some books I would recommend are Silver RavenWolf's "Hedgewitch," "Wiccapedia," by Shawn Robbin and Leanna Greenaway, "Wicca: A guide for the Solitary Practitioner," by Scott Cunningham "Green Witchcraft," by Moura and Dame Darcy's "Handbook for Hot Witches."
