Last night I was athe this BBQ bar. I was surrounded by freinds and made new friends. My friends with their girlfreinds and a bunch of handsome guys and beautiful womnen. Wow, I felt so lonely that I eventually got sleepy and went home.
I have not felt so terriblt depressed in many years. I had all the bad thoughts that come with it. I am OK now, but this just keeps bringing woory for those friends in this site that feel this daily and at all time.
I just want to say to you all this brief message.
I am here becuase I have been through most of the pain you are starting to go through. I am a living survivor against being lonely for 20 years, never have woken up in bed with the person I loved (girl o boy), I have had sex but never made love, I live in one of the most homophobic places in life, and somtetimes I am still unaccepting of my situation.
The best medicine for depression is try cry it out, talk or chat with a friend and do some sports or exercise. Do not let it overwhelm you. You are king of your world and you should enjoy your life, feel human and deserving.
I am sorry if you feel this way. I just want you too know that I care and I am available because I believe in a better you and that everyone has a God within themselves. Everyone knows what they need to do to be better, so get out of bed and get it done! Lazy is not gay. LOL
This is a quick writing. I will write something more elaborated. I just wanted to say hello and that I care!
Peace out!
Andy

Andy, what a compelling message! So many people DO suffer from debilitatling bouts with depression and so few are willing to put themselves out there so that others can see that they are not alone! Thank you.

Thank you for sharing, bro. Please let us know if you continue to feel depressed. I'll be glad to listen. Or, even if you just want to share good times, I will listen to that too. As an aside, I've read many of your posts, and you contribute so much to the groups you belong to. Thank you for all your contributions. May you find lasting peace and love and I hope you also find the partner you so rightly deserve. Take care!
