so glad everyone is here it is one day at a time , had some real good days eating spiritually , last few days emotionally eating binge got to journal and get to the core of what triggered it ,, partly all the hoopla of hte V day l love someonw whom i cannot be with , and cannot send a card etc she is in the closet,, i miss her respect her journey her place she is in but miss her so food here we come i hate to fall bak ,, but the good news done this long enough i recognize it for what it is and there is emotion behind it , got to be a bit kinder to myself,, i was lonely hurting and sad and i chose my lover food that is it
