Just going along with my life as best that I can.
Had my top teeth worked on. pulled ! Ha ha. That's OK I can smile now. Keep going to VA for doctors and check ups. So far there are no changes with my med conditions.... Which is good ! Oh got diabetes now...that's a new one. I'm appealing a denied decision on my claim increase. So I'm waiting on that. That would help me out.....I'm ready to tell the VA compensation to keep their money....give me back the life that I had before Nam. The normal life that I once had... You know my friends I have many things wrong with me.....any one of them could flare up anyday. I'm just trying to live and do things while I can. I think that I have another good year before something happens . God willing....I wnt to get out and travel while I still can.
Unfortunately my new wife does not want to drive around the USA in a camper. So I have a hard choice to make. Go without her.....or not go. I would really miss her....anyway....hope everyone is doing OK.
My Brothers and sisters....God bless

I was in VN. 1967/68. Came home Aprl of 68.
Sorry that your husband passed away. Was it VN related?
Margie, you may want to go to ( Military. Com or a Vietnam site and say that you're looking for anyone that may have known your late husband. Put down his name , years in Nam. All I formation that you can. You must have his DD214 ,discharge papers. You may just find someone . list the information on many different sites.
In 2006 I found a friend of mine that I was in Nam with. We talked and emailed for a while. Then (bad news)........
He passed away before we had a chance to meet in person. That was hard for me. Top it off.....a couple days later my wife of 38 years left me to go meet an old college boyfriend. Very difficult times for me . I must have cried for two years. I was messed up. But, now 8 years later....I'm remarried now for 4 years. Soooooo, anyway Margie, Do what I said and look for your husbands VN friends.
God bless you... May your husband( my VN brother ) RIP.
Lmk how you make out.
