Today was a awesome day. I went to a event to help in writing a book. The lady said something that stuck with me she said: "don't dwell in your pain, but allow your pain to pay for your promise". I was like wow. So it confirmed that the abuse I have suffered can be healing for someone else. So I'm very encouraged.

Wow, everybody's got such great news!

Today I made one small step toward getting ready to look for a job: I bought a belt that fits the new slimmer me. I've been on a raw vegetable diet for four days, and have lost two pounds. Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.

Wow Beaumont That's great!!!! How does it make you feel physically with just eating vegetables? I haven't just did that but I omitted meat from my diet for a weak and I felt mentally clear

I feel lighter. I plan to alternate between eating raw vegetables for a day or two at a time and then eating regular food for for a day or two, and then back to raw vegetable again, until I get down to 160 pounds. Right now I'm at 187 pounds, down from 219 about a year and a half ago. Thanks for asking!
