I know i haven't been around in a while, and i know i have not been the best group leader as of late, but please, help me in this. I need this story to spread as far as it can go. My real name is Teshia A. Kluski. Last year my Boyfriend Rick M. Rey was assaulted by my ex Glenroy J. Sandy. Glenroy had been physically, emotionally, and verbally abusive to me in the past. I left him July of 2013. We remained in contact as I still believed a friendship may have been salvageable. Even though he had hit me, Even though I had been through abusive relationships in the past, I stupidly thought he really didn't mean to hurt me, and blamed it on my PTSD being difficult for him to handle. He started playing the games again, started to get into my head again, and i told him i no longer wanted anything to do with him, that i did not trust him, never would and it was too late to salvage anything and it was best to sever contact completely. in December I began dating Rick. He began to call, and call, hundreds of times. and non stop texting. then death threats to himself or others. He told me how much he loved me, needed me, couldnt live without me, that he was losing everything and dying. I told him to call a counselor and get help. he threatened to go to my family's house. He threatened my friends. He left notes in my car, was told by property managers to never return. When i told him i would get a restraining order, he decided to come for me... his texts no longer made logical sense. Rick was visiting me, making christmas ornaments with the kids... My ex was sitting at the end of the drive way, then pulling out, driving back and forth, and sitting again while texting me. He said he was coming in, so Rick went outside to tell him to leave, and he ran Rick over with his truck at about 30+ mph. we have a long driveway. it popped Rick on the hood, where Glen brake checked him off and ran over him again. There was internal swelling but no bleeding at the time and a couple cracked ribs. Rick kept complaining of chest pains, went in the er, where they checked his vitals, took an xray and released him. He is a disabled Vet, he went into the vet hospital, where they said they didnt feel the need to check him out. and NOW, an entire year later, we are in the hospital. His spleen had been bleeding for a year... and entire year, and finally ruptured. he had to be given 6 units of blood... the human body only holds about ten... He is ok for now, he also has some damage to his liver and pancreas, that also show as injuries from being ran over last year.

Here is why i need your help... Glenroy Sandy, was set free. he ran from the police for 24 hours, then when he was caught only served 5 days jail time and was released to complete his enrollment in ROTC, to be an Army Officer. I was not told when he was arrested or when he was released as promised for my own safety. I had to look it up online... because the sherriffs office didnt call me back.

We were promised justice. the Prosecutor, Richard Pryor i believe, or something similar, ill get back to you on a solid name, of Mason county, Shelton, WA said no way would this guy get away with it, that Glen would pay for his crimes. I asked him to include me in the no contact order. I gave all the evidence, of the crazy text messages and witness accounts.

I never received paperwork. I assumed everything was ok and we were awaiting trial, til one day i found out through the grapevine that a court date had already happened, and another one the very next day. we NEVER received any paperwork as we were promised, nor updates. Time goes on, the trial date keeps getting pushed back, and we were never called back on time, or responded to. we asked if we needed a lawyer, we were told we didnt.

Suddenly, a sentancing date is set, I called the Prosecutor to ask what the hell was going on? he said that he was entering a guilty plea... at first sounded good, until he told me the charge. nope, not assault, nope, not attempted murder with a deadly weapon. but NEGLIGENT DRIVING. when i told him this was not right, that he had to fix it, that it was bullshit.... he said he didn't like my attitude. i practically begged him, to please help... that this guy was dangerous... that he couldn't just walk away with less than a DUI. then the Prosecutor told me I needed to respect Glenroy, who is now an army officer. The fuckers let him free on bail, to finish school, to become an officer, and then get to WALK because he is an officer and they dont want to hurt his career. and the Army paid for his degree to be an officer. They never put me in for a no contact order, i was told i was not a victim. Think all of that is fucked up? here's the kicker... THIS IS NOT GLENROY'S FIRST OFFENSE. and the prosecutor REFUSED, or was unable to by law, or whatever the excuse, use Glens past record. He has done this before. He is a time bomb. the military always hides it. and he is charismatic, charming, does the whole church thing... you ladies know how it is.

But this CANT be how this ends... I WILL NOT accept it. I need to go viral. i need supporters. These laws need to change. if he has a past domestic record, that shit should stack up. just like they stack up DUI's. I want to change the law, and i want military people to be held accountable, ESPECIALLY officers.

Is GLENROY the type of person you want as a leader in the military? please ladies. help me i have contacted the news, am working on government officials... THIS SHIT CANNOT HAPPEN TO US ANYMORE
