I don't know how you manage to work everyday and take care of children while dealing with this constant sabotage. There ought to be a law against this sort of psychopathic abuse, but unfortunately, there isn't. I hope the public consciousness will be raised enough regarding psychopathy so that laws can be made that provide protections to their victims, especially their minor victims. This is an outrage.

The courts are more concerned with parental rights rather than whats really best for the children. It is an outrage. There needs to be a manual on how to cope daily with this. Some days are better than others, but the constant scrutiny is never really gone :(

I'm really sorry you have to suffer like this. I hope someone will write that manual. Maybe you could do it.

im sorry your going through this too. i got so darn lucky my husband walked away. i know the time i did spend in court with him the first year was horrifying. he ignored restraining orders, court orders, everything you can imagine and they did nothing. i remember screaming at the judge once , im lucky i didnt get contempt looking back. i wish i knew what to tell you to do except hope that he will get bored with all soon, its obvious he is trying to hurt you thru the kids and its bull. i cant believe how no one does anything. but maybe the more he keeps crying wolf the sooner they will see him for the lyre he is. most soc's dont even really want the kids they are to needy to them. i hope he does something stupid in the eyes of the judge so this all ends for you soon. im really sorry.

Bella - Thank you! Our past with these creeps are all different but all painful :( I hope the right parties involved start opening their eyes. I had court again today, what a fiasco. He is definitely getting worse and he looked like a fool today. Baby steps :)

No child support and no job. Pathetic. What I do have is sliced tires and tons of texts accusing me of being pregnant by my boss. He wrote a second BAR complaint against my boss who is an attorney. This time saying I was having an affair with him for three years and that Im pregnant with his child. Its crazy. I am NOT attracted to my boss, but even if I was, it would be of no concern to him. I really think he is spiraling down fast. Hopefully VERY SOON! I watched these Dateline shows where these women get killed by these sociopaths and his behavior is exactly the same. It is scary, yet, no one will do anything until Im dead.

Yikes with C, that could be a very real possibility that we have to deal with when these lunatics are obsessed and losing control. You were the wife, so I am sure the obsession and loss of control is more intense for him than with any other victims they use and discard at random. I hope you are taking precautions, a self-defense course is great plus it boosts your confidence tons!

Thank God they opened an investigation!! He can't effectively be charged or have his rights restricted until they're on the case. I'm sure this is stressful as hell for you, but on some level you're allowed to be relieved. They are trained not only to listen to both sides of the story, but to see how the children are faring emotionally and how they interact with the two of you. They deal with liars and psychopaths every day. It's still not certain that they'll be able to find anything on him, or God forbid, that they might misinterpret something against you. But your normal expectations, of everyone believing him because he's a good liar, do not apply here. Seeing through his kind of bullshit is their job.
