Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
We're having trouble. Twitter requires you to send documental proof. I thought they were more serious than Instagram or Facebook where there is not even a way for you to report a fake account, really. But the response I got, having sent them the pdf of his arrest, with a different hame and the picture, plus my own passport, is that it "doesn't violate our community standards".
Facebook is even more outrageous: once I reported a pedofile page and got the same answer. However, if you have a number of people reporting a profile, you may get it shut down.
So: does anyone know about free legal service to help with this? Because I am already paying a lot in attorney's fees and we (all the victims) need to shut down his accounts.

I went through something similar with the last con artist, psychopath I dealt with. The guy who pretended to be a war vet, had fraudulent medals, etc. He was on several dating sites and his profiles were full of lies. How he was rich, successful, world traveler, blah blah blah. I printed them all off (to show his employer and other people in his life), then I reported him to all the dating sites, letting them know he was a fraud, felon, and rapist. All of them removed him right away except for plenty of fish. Apparently POF has no problem with having rapist felons on their site and didn't see any reason to remove him. I didn't pursue it beyond that.
I was very disappointed with facebook, twitter and instagram. Apparently they don't care if a criminal has a profile there...
