Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
I havent been on here for a while ive been trying to rebuild and focus on my life by being busy, but last week after 6 months i went on my first date, I hated it, i came home vomiting and crying the whole night, Why cant i let go, all i kept thinking about is i cant do this , to the point am i ever going to find true happiness. and in my mind i hear his voice as if i feel so guilty going and starting a new life, he walked out on ten years and because there was no closure, i dont know what i should do. if anything did happen to him, i cant stop blaming me, or if one day he shows up why do they do this, i went to three different physics and they all said the same, i am going to meet someone but he shows up and doesnt expect it, is that normal do they come back as if nothing happened. im so confused and dont know what to do. I still love him, how can you close the door, what does that mean and move on after ten years.
I do not, however, worry about him, and neither should you worry about the man who left you. None of the blame belongs with you. You loved him and you did right by him. You would never have done the things to him, he did to you. He is disordered. That is not your fault. His hearltessness is your heartbreak.
