Victims of Psychopaths Community Group
Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
I'm beside myself with joy over the news that on November 13th, Assembly Member Troy Singleton, submitted a bill in the NJ Assembly to outlaw "Sexual Assault by Fraud."
Many of you may be aware that I released a book about the subject close to a year ago. And the victim in NJ contacted me because something similar had happened to her. We went to the police dept. in her town, and he was arrested 2 days later. The offender, William Allen Jordan, had lied about several character traits including his age, number of children, past marriages, education, etc, It turned out that he was a convicted bigamist and pedophile.
The case of sexual assault against him did not stand because the closest crime the Prosecutor found to charge him with was "Sexual Assault by Coercion.. In NJ, coercion means "threat" whereas, in other states, it means "concealment." The Grand Jury failed to indict, but Assembly Member Singleton heard about the case, and is now attempting to make it illegal to defraud someone of sex in NJ.
I'm sure many of you who read this site, can relate to this crime!
I'm putting together a campaign to outlaw sexual assault by fraud in all 50 states. There are a couple of states that already do so. And there are states that have language in their statutes that can support a sexual assault by fraud charge against an offender.

Still, I applaud you for instigating this important step in the right direction.
He is a sick and disgusting excuse for a person, and the more that is done to make it impossible for scum like him to get away with crimes of any sort, the better. I've known several of his type myself. Online is one of the worst places for them. But of course, the toads are everywhere - both women and men - infiltrating, infecting, and destroying decent people 's lives.
I'm absolutely delighted that something is being done. I am taking a little break from posting, but just had to break my silence to comment on this. Thank you so much for sharing! :)
