Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
in February i had a date planed in my mind that tomorrow will be the day i say goodbye to the world, as this is the day of my p birthday ten years ago to that very day i met him, and now i was doing so well, until it got closer to the 1st of july i went to a psychologist when i was at the lowest point in my life, and told them what i wanted to do, I feel my heart ripping right through me as all these feelings i felt in February feel so fresh, as if my months of recovery is gone and life is so meaningless sometimes i feel i really want to get hypnotized so i have no memory of who or what he is.
Well i hope he has the most worst bday ever where he is, cause when mine went by in march i cried my heart out because of him leaving me to pick up all these pieces
of the damage he have caused, Please lord help let me get through tomorrow, and clear my broken heart and give me the strength to get tomorrow over and done with. Like he warned me so many times, you will never ever see me again, Well i really wonder if that a lie, my hurt and anger is turnning into fear.

I've got a lot of financial responsibilities with my situation, so I can understand how challenging it is for you. I wish you did not have to deal with this. I hope you will be able to look at July 1st in the next year as another year that you have survived, you have overcome the sadness. But it does take a long time. I've heard several say it can take a couple years to begin to really feel free of the depression. The main thing is that you DID make it a year. I am very proud of you for making it a full year because it is not easy.

I was in the post office this afternoon and just finished sending a package when I looked up and my ex was standing by me just watching me!! I never thought I would ever get over him. It took a lot of bike riding, making new friends and dating to begin anew. Well, it went very smoothly. I was very calm and we had a very pleasant visit. It is unusual for him to be in my town, so this was a huge surprise. He has found me in the grocery store, too! I am over him and all the drama. You will heal in time. Don't let the surprises and adventure headed your way be blocked by the past. Take good care of yourself.
