Sorry for so many posts - my laptop went crazy yesterday!

1 Its Friday and a long weekend :)
2 I have been meeting new people
3 I am working more hours again and getting caught up. I enjoy my co-workers who
make me laugh every day.

1. I am more level-headed despite my daily ups and downs and the difficulty I have with all of these emotions every day.
2. I feel like I'm making a little bit of progress every day.
3. I feel like my self esteem is improving a bit more since my D&D.

1 its the beginning of a new month and almost fall (I Love fall)
2 he has been staying away for now and probably has a new "girlfriend"
3 college football starts today:)

1. Today, I woke up with the most motivation I've had in the past 4months.
2. I am happy that I don't feel any regret or anxiety by saying "No" to going somewhere that's a trigger for myself. I know it's a trigger, and that's okay.
3. I hope to buy some new clothes to work out at a gym today.

1. My daughter has been home from college all weekend
2. I have not seen his face for 10 days and it feels good now instead of
heartbreaking. I am glad and relieved not to see him after all I have learned here.
3. its labor day-time to relax all day

1. I was able to focus more on paperwork last night and this morning. It's still not like how I usually am, but it was very refreshing to just be able to focus a bit better and be more productive.
2. My psychiatrist's office called me today and I finally have an appointment after waiting for a month (which seems like an eternity)! :D
3. I ordered a self-help book called The Trauma Bond: Breaking Free of Exploitative Relationships by Patrick Carnes and it's coming in soon!
