Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
I don´t know if you know about Sam Vaknin.....he posts a lot of videos about Narcissism on youtube.

But, recently, I stumbeled upon this:

He has always proclaimed himself a narcissist, spamming the web with declarations of extra special knowledge, with particular insight into the victims of narcissists.
I was blown away. This little gem of a documentary follows him and his wife of 11 years, as they are tested and interviewed by various researchers, SV for psychopathy, Lydja as victim. There is now solid, empirical proof that he is a psychopath."

I wouldn't have known sam was a p but I saw his p video first, don't feel bad I probably wouldn't have known either. isn't that just scary to know we don't know who is next to us sometimes, but now that you know you can see what a jerk he is omg
