Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
So here we are, maybe some of us are broken and hurt, maybe some new and hurting, some of us in recovery….
what are your goals for 2015.

I start a therapy programme this week by email and a face-to-face therapy in June hopefully ( I have been waiting for 2 years!) Im not sure what I hope to achieve as far as leaving my H goes my goals are more about myself, I hope to achieve clarity and the strength to change my situation by positive change in myself. Oh and Im joining Slimming World!!! Im sick of looking at that stressed tired and puffy face every day!

Returning moments of joy and happiness.
Getting my antique furniture and art works back from the P after his restraining order is lifted.
Mabe beginning a new relationship.
Keeping up the yoga.

Im very socially awkward and have trouble making friends. Im a turn off due to my extremely low/non-existent self esteem. I hope to make some new friends when I start school and move out and away and start a new life.
Get out of my money-trap dump of a house.
Stop being a hermit.
Bedhog - I know what you mean about being a hermit! I think thats ok for a while, don't be so hard on yourself. You will know when you are ready. One day at a time. we have been traumatised to its ok to want to be somewhere safe. I solved this by going back to school. It saved me.
