I lived with him for 13 years and decided that was enough. I never said that to him, but he seemed to know instantly when I started thinking that way. I am still trying to figure it all out, but I think he was after my money. Along with my yard worker and next door neighbor, they robbed me repeatedly. At the same time he was telling the police and neighbors that I was crazy and mentally ill, which I am not. One time he came with the police and paraded up and down the street yelling these things. He called Adult Protective Services claiming that I was abusive to him. Another time, after articles had been in the newspaper calling me schizophrenic and bipolar, he reported that I was suicidal. Four or five police cars came, the police chief, two ambulances and a crowd of about 100 people. The police drug me out of my house in handcuffs and put me in an ambulance. They had a psychiatrist on their cell phone and were trying to have me committed. I found out later the my children were in on it also, obviously believing his lies. When I cried that they were violating my rights, they finally let me go, but not without threatening to arrest me if I didn't show up in court for the restraining order he had just filed against me.

For some time I had been losing my balance. I collapsed in my home and couldn't walk. At the hospital he told them I was a meth addict. I don't even know what it looks like. Then I realized for sure that I was being poisoned. I went to another hospital and they wouldn't believe me. I had huge sores on my head and bald spots. My right ear was full of blood and pus. One of the many times that the police came, I told them I thought I was being poisoned and they laughed at me. After stalking me for days, stealing my mail and packages, my yard worker showed up and wouldn't leave when I ordered him to. I had to fight him off me one night before when he came at me with his knife. I got the weapon I bought for protection and he still didn't leave. So I fired at his feet and he just stood there. I fired again into the air and he ran away. The police were already there and they arrested me. In was in prison for a month and homeless when I got out. I am now working with a forensic psychologist, but I fear what they still may do to me.
