Hi everyone….I wanna share something with you!
I was watching Criminal Minds. I honestly I have an hard time to see all that violence but t's the only channel I can reach at my tv! LOL!
Well…….. I had feeling of freedom from suffering, from lying, from betray and I thought and felt……
ISN'T GREAT???? ISN'T FANTASTIC I DON'T HAVE THAT SUFFERING AND BETRAY IN MY LIFE ANYMORE????
We are VERY FORTUNATE to not have that in our life! And being sane people again!

It can also be that the NC it makes you stronger if he doesn't contact me. And honestly I feel so strong now. I couldn't see the blessing at first…..I was feeling sad he was not contact me.
Now I just think I'm very lucky because I can keep him lock out of my life easily from the fact that he doesn't bother me. Now understand what all of you were saying !

I am discovering the blessing of NC as well Nutelina. It would be hard, if not impossible, to heal without it.
