For ten years i have been with my partner and i feel like i want to die, he left me three months ago but a year ago he tried to kill himself then went missing i was so heretical i could see changes in him, and he also had short temper but never hit me, It was only when i was trying to search what was wrong with him, that i said here you fit into this category then a few days after that he left, when he went he left his phone behind and then i saw a message, all these people were ringing saying he owes alot of money. now three months back after ten years he left a note on the bench saying DON'T FIND ME IM NOT COMING BACK i have my up and down moments to the point i just want to die. We were always behind in payments. we both have a house together and now i know that he has cheated on me for so many years without me knowing, i dont know if he will ever contact me again, he took the things he needed and left a few things behind. i dont ever want him to contact me, after ten years i went to the police as i was worried in case he tried to kill himself again, only to find out that he has been in jail for rape and kept it from me. for ten years i can sleep it makes me sick to my stomach i hope he doesn't ever come back and leave me at peace and move on. and to the other lady who destroyed everything i worked hard for i hope all the pain and tears i have and continue to share is less than what your going to feel when he does the same to you. Do you think he will return, im scared now each car that pass my window i think its him. I hope the dectectives find him then i know if he is far from me.

I wish I could have said some words to ease your pain, but there is no such words. I can just be there in my thoughts , thinking of you.
I feel such a rage what these people do to others . What I can do is to tell People around me the signs they should we watching out for.

I agree with what Fiske said. What a horrible situation. Can the Police issue an order preventing him from having contact with you? That might give you some peace of mind.

Thanks No avram the police said because he has not caused bodily harm to me and as he is part owner of the house he can come back when ever he wants, It makes me so sick to my stomach to the point im now on high medication and seeking counselling. I have my good and bad days. He has pictures of his younger days before he meet me and i just want to burn them. The worse part is you are a victim and in the eyes of the people that he owes money to and took off and left me in so much debt. I feel they think well your with him how come you don't know he owes us this money. The point is i didn't know its as if he lived in two worlds and i was the his main, source of comfort to come back to. I heard they get worse the older they get and there games begin again. I've been reading alot. I put him in the category of being a gambler to then branched out which reading helped me understand alot and now i know it wasn't me. but he also threatened to burn the house down. in conversations and now i dont know who he is maybe he will come back and do it.

I wonder if you could sell the house and move away? Is his name on the title of the house or on the mortgage? I think it would be best for your safety to move out of that house. That would also help give you a fresh start in a new place. I will be praying for you.

One good thing is that if he is with someone else (which he likely is if you haven't heard from him in 3 months), then he probably won't bother or harm you. If she leaves him, then he might try to return to you. So take comfort in the fact that he's focused on a new victim. They financially destroy people. I had two destroy my credit. After it was finally clean from the 1st one, then came the 2nd. Now it is finally clean again. I'm not sure what you can do about the house. I'd ask a lawyer about that. It'd be great if you can sell it and get away from him.

His name is on both, the mortgage but who ever he is with has no idea that he owes money to alot of people
and knowing he was with me and cheated i hope she deserves everything that's coming her way. i called the phone company to change my number but then i think whats the point, he knows where i live it hurts so much im getting professional help, but i think it makes matters worse cause at night i cant sleep but thank you everyone for your prayers and kind support.

I am sorry Hosana. I understand somewhat what you are feeling. I remember when I lived in the family home with our children that we both owned still and was told the same thing you were told......he was still part owner of the home and had a right to come and go. It is difficult to keep them from the home even if they have caused bodily harm because their name is on the mortgage. It is an unfortunate and frustrating situation to be in. No one wants to believe p's are out there in. It seems to be that people choose to believe victims of p's are just over exaggerating so they do not have to worry about it themselves. Like AgentSmith said, if you can somehow sell the home....or find a way to move, you will be in a better place in regards to the law. If he comes around you can have him arrested for criminal trespassing.
