Just when i thought everything was going good, and i was starting to get me back i then received a letter from the bank saying that i had gone into a payment arrangement to pay an overdrawn account what really made me sick is this part. he moved 9 hrs away and this is what he said to the bank. I HAVE FOUND ME A JOB AND I DONT WANT TO GET MY NAME INTO DEFAULT. are you f and kidding me are you forgetting one thing, you left me to pay the mortgage rates power gas and not to forget a 50000 dollar loan you took out and you dont want to get into DEFAULT you are already in default but why on earth would he put 20.00 into our joint account i have my other account which i have kept for many yrs, and not to forget how you owe lots of people money, which i never new about I DONT know the answer to this, i went to the bank and said well if he has made this arrangement then i want my name of the account the bank said that cant happen until both parties clear the arears. and im not paying it cause, i didnt do it. Please help me i dont know what i should do and why he did this, it makes no sense to me at all. Why did he not just go and get a different account all together i was starting to feel better now i just cry and cry my heart is broken again, and another thing i found it for yrs. i get so upset by the dys i miss him terribly and then when a sign or something im so angry. i hate this feeling of hurt and i want it to stop. now i scared one day he will show up.

Hope sombody can help you out here with some good advice.
What I know is that I am feeling like you. Back again. There is nothing these People will not do to harm-. I am not god at writing long latters here, but I know that the man I was With is now trying to take the rest out of me . I also thought it was getting a bit better now. They never stop if it is ANYTHING that Connect us to them. What I dont Wonder of anymore is why. It is because they have to "win" and destroy.

I know this now very well, be he is still able to frighten me.

Thankfully I don't have shared debt with my ex-soc (like a mortgage or credit cards), but he still owes me over $3500 that I've spent helping him out of the messes he created in his life. I'm a sucker for going along with his drama-ridden circumstances and helping him out. All because he said "I love you, I need you, I'm gonna marry you" blah blah blah. He had so many women in the background while all this was happening, it's ridiculous. Have you ever thought of getting an attorney to help you file bankruptcy so you can stop paying on the debts? I assume that checking account would be included in a bankruptcy because your name is on it. It would cost you anywhere from $1000-2000, but well worth the money just to get out from under the ruin he has created for you.

I would go to the bank and get all the money you have out. Set up accounts in a new bank. Do not have any accounts that both of you are on. Call all CC companies that you might share cancel every account. If you are both on a loan or anything, talk to the loan officer and tell them you need to figure out a way to pay the loan off without his effecting your credit. I have lost a lot of money due to mine but no more. I can always make more money but I refuse to be manipulated the rest of my life. Read phychopathfree.com. It identifies these people and strengthens you. Go to church, find support where you can. Be strong. Even if you have to pay the stuff off it is better than relying on someone that will NEVER come through for you. You can do this!!!!! If i can do it you can too. Don't let him back in and be glad that he is 9 hours away and not harassing you. Move and do what you can to start anew. It is worth it. Think of a future with no worries and love surrounding you, when you believe it, it will manifest. God bless and keep on fighting!!!!

ive been with him for 10 yrs and he never ever brought me one piece of Jewerllery its to late he has already put me into so much debt and my name is in default i cant refinance because of it when he left in feb this year i went to a church for the first time i cried my eyes out and i felt like my heart was going to drop onto the floor, here he is living the better life i suppose and here i am trying to survive this is not how i wanted my life to be. I know god has a plan for me, and i am blessed by so many wonderful people, drawn to me by god, Im scared that one day he might show up. and my hurting with resurface. i still don't know where he is and i am so happy that way, I only know his location because of the letter sent from the bank. But thank you everyone im so hurt because i do work and i feel i have no money left at all for me half of me prays cause i miss him and his support the other half, i wish i didn't i lie in bed thinking i wish he felt my pain in his heart. and when he closes his eyes he sees me but i know that wont happen. if it wasn't for this site, and going to church for the first time and finding people who care i would of killed my self by now. May god bless all who is here on this site and heal them from the hurt and heartache, i wonder is this it for me now is this my life.

Hang in there, the worst will soon be over. Slowly you will start to rebuild your life and you've made steps already for that to start happening. Definitely get legal advice and protect yourself as much as you can from your ex, even moving if you have to. You will survive this. Good luck

I'm so sorry for what he's putting you through hosana. It will take time to iron out all the wrinkles of the damage he has caused you. But stay strong. Somehow things have a way of working out. I understand how devastating it feels. Only a couple of years ago, I was feeling very suicidal, but by the grace of God, I was steered to DS. Here I've gotten so much knowledge and support. I don't want to think what would have happened if I had not found this site.

Keep posting, keep reading, gaining more knowledge helps us get our power back! And in time, you will look back at this difficult time and be proud that you overcame it all. You're going to be okay, dear. Don't give up. Never give up.

I'm so glad your abuser is no longer in your life, besides the clean up you're having to try to do for his messes. It will take time to get it all straightened out, but with God's help you will make it. If it had not been for God sending the right people at the right times into my life, I don't know what I would have done. Keep praying for strength and guidance.
