illegal tattoos

hi there,
not been on for a long time but i recently discovered my ex "friend" sociopath is doing tattoos on vulnerable people.The state of them are shocking and I doubt very much she has licence to do this,I also believe she is that evil she will be deliberately using the same and not sterilising the needles she uses on these people infecting them with HIV and allsorts.I want to report this twisted piece of filth but dont know how to go about it could anyone help me?

Laws differ depending where you live, but I think you would start with reporting it to the health department or health inspector for the area you live in. I think they are the ones that look into stuff regarding tattoos and whether people are (or need to be) licensed, are using proper safety/cleanliness procedures etc.

Can you video record her activities? If it's in your own home, I believe you can, but check your state laws for this. Documenting is everything. Courts don't like he said/she said, but sociopaths/psychs do. They are sooooo good at lying. The court is their playground.

yeah i think shes doing them from home,but just cant prove it and its all vulnerable young people shes doing them on the state of them are shocking the twisted bitch is deliberately trying to ruin peoples skin and infect them with allsorts,she once dyed my hair black even though i am naturally blonde and cut it really bad it took a lot to fix it i eventually got it back blonde but she tried her very hardest to try kill all the pigment in my hair,she got a shock when she seen me back blonde and i just gave her a wry smile and said hello SOCIOPATH she was stunned when i said that and has since blocked me on every social networking site even though i would never contact her,I feel she fears my knowledge of her and what she is.anytime i see her around town she puts her head down and i sense fear which actually makes me feel quite good after all the things she put me through.

There are age restrictions on tattooing anyone under 18 so it could be reported to police as well if that is the case. Otherwise it would probably take some kid's parents seeing a nasty looking tattoo on their teenager to report it to the police.

There was a woman doing injections of people's buttocks for enhancement in South Florida recently. She made people very sick, can't remember what she was injecting...brake fluid or something horrible like that.

You never know what madness these people are capable of...I would definitely try to report her to the Health Dept. or somebody. I heard on TV that tatoo chemicals wind up in a person's lymph nodes, so using the wrong thing can mess up the immune system.
