I went No Contact but he won't stay away!

I finally went NC about 10 das ago, and shut off the cell he had on my plan. He just got a prepaid and keeps finding reasons to reach out to me by text. The only reason I still kinda took care of him is that he cant find a job due to his felonies, jail time and other big issues he has. he always says I have the money and should help the homeless or those in need. If I do not help him, he goes around town slandering me, my family and my business.
We are well known in town and have had the family business for over 60 years. That is quite the slap in the face after all I did for him...but its to be expected. He is textbook S/N and will never change or grow a conscience.
I truly feel like he is blackmailing me! I keep going NC and he keeps coming back, even wanting unattached sex. There is no way he could be unattached, he is a parasite, thats all he does is attach and suck the life blood out of people!
Its only been about 6 weeks since he left me, so I am still in the healing and self help/recovery stage. I do miss the fake person he was, but I keep saying that was just a dream, it was not real. I know you all know that feeling.
I NEED STRENGTH, to stay away from him. He is EVIL and keeps trying to draw me back into his game.

Stay strong. Do not answer any unknown calls. Definitely do not answer if you know it is him. Block any numbers associated with him, email addresses, etc. Don't read any of his emails or texts. If you have to get a restraining order, do it. It is so hard to break away from them. I've had one convicted of stalking me, and another show up at my front door recently after 5 yrs NC (and me having moved, changed phone numbers and email addresses, he found me anyway). Stay strong. Don't give in!

Let him slander, give this time to him to spread venom, hateful and hurtful stories. Be hurt. Try not to hear about them. Keep your head up. Be willing to let that part of your ego fall to the floor. It's your doubt and compassion he is feeding on. Find faith and love, and don't look back. Don't defend yourself against the words. Find someone who you can call every time before you consider breaking 'NO CONTACT'. In time your ego may heal, your reputation may too, people and profit may come back. Have faith and love. You're afraid, and that fear is the weapon he is using against you. It's evil's way. Be afraid, but do it anyway. Let love in your life strengthen you. That is the right track. You are more important than the things you are afraid of losing. It's hard not to slow down and look at the accident on the side of the road, but if you do, you are choosing to perpetuate your own pain. Much love exists, you're not the only one who can love like you do. Right now I'm send you some of the 'tough' variety, I hope you do well with it!!! :) These aren't untested theories of mine. I know what you're going through.

I'm so sorry to hear not only is it difficult and stressful enough, you also have to deal with your S's slandering and blackmailing you, your family and your business!! ugh....they have no boundaries when it comes to getting what they want...
But you are doing great and it sounds like he is growing desperate. Please don't let him suck you back in. Please don't let him give him the satisfaction of "I got her under my control"

No contact is so very hard but I promise that each day it will become easier and easier. It has been 4-1/2 months for me. I have block all emails, facebook, etc. from him reaching out to me. Some advice...If you use a smart phone there is a free app that you can download. Mr. Number

It allows you to block all phone calls and texts from numbers that you specify.

I would block everything, and if that does not work get a restraining order, and a cease and desist order from a magistrate of some type. He is bad news, and it sounds like you are really being victimized.

I have one last thing to get back from him and then I will be 100% NC. I am going take your advice and ignore his slander for now. Since he is wanted by the law, all I have to do is tell them where to find him...but I would feel bad doing that to him. How crazy is that?
