Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
I've a hypothesis, one I've formulated based on observing various narcs and sociopaths in movies, books, personal accounts, and people like them (others who fit the bill for an cluster B diagnosis) and that is that there is a good way to tell if someone is a narc, socio, or something like it based on how thye think: and they think as if they are still 17.
To me, it seems that these people are always at the age in which they can do no wrong, rules are for the "squares", and life is a their oyster. Does find me correct in this assessment?

I think you're right. As many of the personality characteristics involved in Cluster B are common in teenagers, and are linked to incomplete development of the prefrontal cortex, I would think that somehow it never did fully develop and they are frozen in the teenager stage. Some psychologists think that they are stuck at an even earlier age. But of course life goes on. So they act kind of grown up, kind of not.
I liked to say that my ex-H uNPD/Psychopath/BPD was like a kid with a credit card and a car.
