Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
I thought of my friend today. I found myself romantizing the abuse i endured. Remembering the love bombing and idealization phases. I get mad at myself. I think does it turn you on to be psychologically and emotionally tortured, abused and manipulated? What is wrong with you? You are better than this. You are smarter than this. How could you have let him do this to you? Are you that desperate? I think how could you have been so blind when you could see so clearly? This is not the first man who has done this to you. Your picker is broken. Stop picking the wrong ones. Your a counselor for gods sakes. Stop it. The self abuse is brutal at times. I beat myself up. I am cruel to myself and lack compassion from my trauma. My pathological denial or cognitive dissonance has been a long-term struggle since i was a young child. I have a hard time trusting myself but my intuition is usually straight on. I need to trust it from now on. I find myself being hypervigalant and putting up walls the size of Chinas. I will not be hurt again. I will not put myself in harms way. I don't want to let anyone in. I want to keep them all out. It saddens me that i feel this way. I love people. Connection is the meaning of life. My balance is off. I wish i could just heal right now. This fear is insidiously torturing my soul.
the cast went through so much to get to Oz , endured so much only to
embark upon this truth permeates True Reality today. Everything you need
to Conquer what needs to be conquered is already Within,
Tap into the the Within,
Years of Wandering around in this Existence and I stubbornly tripped over
Quantum Healing ( The power of confronting all,any past,present traumas,
acknowledging them, discussing how they originated,being honest about
them and bidding them farewell as you toss and discard them back into
the Universe where they belonged.
You see when I embarked upon the fact that we ARE an extension of
the Universe I figured that the Universe would not go against itself(us)
and so it is For Us.It is there to serve us but there is a catch.
This does not happen on our own egotistical accord. We drop ego and
discard and toss it into the Universe.Scarily what then are we left with?
This my dear is where each human finds his true Self,
This is where all egotistical desires dies.
Purity is born, Addictions are rendered obsolete and unnecessary.
Yes you can just heal right now. But you, you you have to take the first
step.
Release all past traumas,past decisions that did not serve you,release
people that do not serve you, release unnecessary things like profanity use or any impure acts-Just start by Speaking your commands but you have to
be at a point in life where you Mean It.
Just say I release this person and the trauma it caused in my life to you Universe right now, I do wish this person can find healing but I know that by
releasing any memories of past traumas will create healing cleansed space
within me.
Now I know you will love that- Healing Fresh New non tainted fresh space
within you.
If you Speak Release every day- you will see a Shift start to happen Within you,
It is crazy how this happens but enough said. Just commit and focus
on loving, releasing all past hurts and residue back to the Universe(where it
belongs) and get ready to have the Universe support you with filling you
with everlasting fulfillment,joy, wholesomeness in abundance,
