Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.

Yeah..after I figured my ex out he said "they were lies, they were embellishments on the truth". Lol. Wow. Whatever.

Well it shows me my ex was just his narcissistic sociopathic self as everything out of his mouth was a lie and i he did it for his own gain. Good article and interesting differentiation.

That's one of the best parts! I think there should be more articles like this; people throw around the term "pathological liar" to describe habitual liars, when it;s really quite different.

Lucky you, mine is content to say one thing, then another, and claim they didn't actually say the opposite earlier. That's when they're not saying blatant absurdities and contradictions and expecting people to think it's the most logical thing they've ever heard.
