I just got my divorce at the end of December. By law in the state of Colorado you are supposed to give your financial affidavit. My ex did not disclose either. The judge went by my statement and granted the divorce accordingly. My prayers are with you.

I think you'll be just fine. Getting a mediator/GAL to sign off (especially in CA) is a hard thing to do and you've already crossed that bridge. :-)

Just wanted to let everyone know I received sole legal/physical custody with supervised visitations. My ex did not show up in court or call in (he lives in Texas) and his lawyer asked to be released as his attorney for not cooperating and non payment. My divorce is not final but the only thing that matters to me is and that's having full custody of my boy. I can not be divorced in CA. Until he provides his financial information (even tho I don't want his money) or until we try every avenue to get it....I'll prob be divorced by may. Thank u all for you support and well wishes. Although I won its bittersweet because it just reminds me that he TRULY doesn't care for anyone but himself....not even his sweet boy. I get better with each day coming on this site and reading/sharing our lives. THANK GOD for this site or I'd never know what hit me. Xoxo
