It's really empowering putting yourself back together a new and improved you with so much more knowledge about the world I now feel I can spot a P a mile away and this makes me feel so strong.

I do not have any hope to find a man, I'm too old (I'm 40), but I can dream about a real connection in my heart and I feel much more loved thinking that compare to be in the sneaky arms of a P.

Congratulations on finding freedom. Nobody deserves to have their life taken over by a controlling monster.

In time you will feel back to yourself - amazing how far away from our character/personality the crazies can push us! As you start to really enjoy each day, you will reach out to others for fun and companionship. Let your activities bring you in contact with new people. I joined a ski club - there are activities all year round. Maybe you would like a book club like my neighbor - they get together on weekends and spend a weekend or week away together.

At 40, you are in your prime! Let your life become an adventure no matter where you are. I have fun in the grocery store! Take care of your health and let surprises happen.

i was gonna say 40 and your life is over? i dont think so being 52 and my life isnt over 40 was some of the best times of my life dont think your life is over girl these are the best times for you live them fully.

40 is brilliant you have your head on straight you know what you want and there is no way you will allow a P back into your life, so the only way is up!!
My sister just had her first child at 42 and he is the happiest most gorgeous little man and her husband is so into being dad its great to watch. they call themselves late bloomers but I don't know about that they are really together on this and making a great success of it.
Be your lovely self and you will attract real love into your life..enjoy.

remember also nutelina the laws of attraction, if you tell yourself youll never meet a good man or have children, the odds are you wont but if you say yes i want to have children and meet a good man and truely believe you will some day it will happen. what you put out there in the universe is what will come back to you. its like the power of positive thinking, when you think and say negative things then negative things usually happen, but when you say positive things to yourself all the time it changes your course in life. say what you want and believe in it . i also firmly believe you can have the child without the husband, most of us have raised our kids without a husband sticking around anyways , if you want to have a child you dont have to have a husband to have one !!!!!! just my thoughts !!!!! hugs to you
