Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.

I am struggling. Over the weekend, I took a prescription medication called Ambien. I took it around 9 and was in my bed with the tv on. I dont remember much of the night but here's what I do remember. My S in my bedroom trying to kiss me. I remember it being very animalistic. I can recall seeing him in my kitchen then going through my purse and my phone. But I dont think I kicked him out. When I woke up the next day, I knew something was wrong. I checked my phone and saw text messages from him saying he misses me and the kids. There were incoherent texts from me that clearly show I was out of it.
So now, he is threatening me that he is going to take the kids from me. Up until this point he has succeeded in forcing me to move out of state away from all my family based on lies. He has the judge and the GAL on his side. The divorce papers are done but we arent actually divorced until we go to court in a month. I am so afraid if losing the kids. I am so afraid of him.
I dont really know what happened that night. I cant remember it. I wanted to escape this hell I live in. I wanted to sleep. Now he is saying he has videos of me incoherent with the kids and voice mails I left him. They are damning voicemails. I shouldnt have taken the medication. He is taunting me with texts asking me if I want to see the videos. I tried to call him and calm him down and he blamed me for all this crazy stuff. He is really scary. I dont even know what he wants anymore. Me dead?
Please say a prayer for me, I really cant take much more of this constant torture. I am so drained. I am so tired of being afraid.

But besides you having a perfectly reasonable explanation, I am going to send up lots of prayers! And anyway, what was he doing in your home?
The strange thing is, I havent so much as spoke to him in a year. Other than meeting at the police station to pick up the kids and court. Why would I ask him over? I am NOT sexually attracted to him. I recall pushing him away.
Ves - I am in debt with my attorney now. This is almost wrapped up. Only a month until the divorce is final.
Above is site that describes these kinds of side effects from Ambien. You probably do need to alert your lawyer to this episode. Are you sure he took videos? He could be bluffing you. What an asshole. You should try to see the videos so you know what he has.
You need to be proactive.
