New to group- Devastated and scared

Ever since my RA diagnosis, I can't stop worrying about what will happen to me. I just started Plaquenil yesterday. I'm still scared I might get side effects from it. I'm also on NSAIDS, and they aren't helping me. I can't take very much because I have extreme sensitivities to medications, extremely rare allergies to most steroids, and very low immunities with lots of trouble getting over infections. I'm sick most of the time, and now I find out I have an autoimmune condition that is destroying my joints and that can cause them to become deformed. I am very young, and this was very hard for me to hear.
When I walked out of the doctor's office, I felt completely numb for a few minutes and then broke down and started crying. It's been like this a lot lately, and it's really embarrassing when it happens at work. I've also been having panic attacks and continue to have problems with my blood sugar dropping too low. I have fibromyalgia, panic disorder, severe asthma attacks that take several breathing treatments in order for me to breathe enough to get any oxygen, allergies to multiple medications, female issues, lots of problems with chronic pain, and now this. I had enough to deal with before getting this diagnosis, and I feel like my life is on a downward spiral for something really bad to happen lately. I don't know how I'm going to be able to pay for all this, and it's hard for me to even afford any insurance I need to deal with this. I'm so upset and feel like my life is going nowhere because right now, I am having trouble just keeping it together and not breaking out in tears unexpectedly. It's like I can't control it and can't stop it when I want to. I'm very devastated, and chronic pain is hard to live with. It's hard when no one believes you and no one thinks you're "that bad off" when you clearly don't feel that way. I'm just still really struggling right now.
I'm so scared, and it feels like the whole situation keeps playing in my head. I am having very scary nightmares lately about all of this. I feel like I'm never going to get over all of this as long as I'm having health issues. People without anxiety problems always tell me "Quit worrying about it and dwelling on it, and you'll be fine!" They have even had the nerve to tell me to "stop" having panic attacks. I've got enough to deal with- as if I'd "bring that on myself" like people always try to say I do. I'm really scared right now, and all of the medication that I'm on right now I absolutely need in order for me to survive and still be on this planet. I have had family members tell me that I'm "just going to have to cut back on all the medicines I take" whenever my insurance runs out. I'm looking into some state programs for people who work who have disabilities that I might qualify for, but it's a long process. Hopefully, I can get it because it may be my only hope, shot, and prayer for survival because I've passed out numerous times from asthma and hypoglycemia, have migraines that make me throw up so much I get so dehydrated I have to get IV fluids, among many other scary problems.
I feel I can't stop worrying about this. I try, but it just keeps coming back. All the diagnoses, and all of the scary experiences, like passing out and not knowing where I'm at, that come with my health problems just keep playing over and over in my head. I just can't stop thinking about it and feel like I'm losing control over myself. There's no way I can go through this with everyone around me in my daily life saying such negative things whenever I suggest that I can do something. I feel so down, and I don't know how to stop worrying or how to stop this from coming back to me so much. I can't talk about this in my day to day life because I get called "crazy" and "nutcase" and get told that I need to "get it together". I really wish I could talk about this. My insurance now does not cover counseling of any kind. I've been told several years ago by a therapist that I had numerous anxiety problems, including forms of OCD and GAD. I don't know what to do about all these problems I have, and I'm really terrified. I'm worried about where my life is going and how I'm going to get through it all. People act like I'm not doing enough, and that makes everything worse. I'm doing as much as I can, but now I just can't stop worrying.

Like you they worry about everything. It is easy to set them off (trigger them off). They also suffer with paid. They hate when others say to them that they should stop worrying about others say; and etc. The same words were told them. In fact a medical doctor said that all my friend do is get themselves upset and take it out on others; another doctor said to my friend she should stop going to the emergency because they won't receive any help, the list goes on. Plus they're so miserable that all they is cry, they cry a lot at the hospital especially when they're told to go home because there is nothing else the doctor can do for them. When they are told that, the friend will begin to cry. Then the nurse would think the friend is abused by her two nice kids who live with them. The kids are in their forties and would do anything for her so no they are not physically or verbally abusing their mom.
I understand your post because that is exactly how my friend is....She is full of fear, think others do not like her, feel rejected by other family members and doctors. On Christmas, a doctor told she was bleeding inside her body but did not know where. But when she went to the emergency, the doctor told that it wasn't true, there is no bleeding in her body and he had no idea why that doctor called.
Hang in there Hollywood. The fear and worry is causing problems in your life.
