verbal abuse Community Group
Help others enduring the same pain each day as I do
my father & his girlfriend verbally abuse me basically everyday. My grades are not good enough, I don't help around the house (which I do), I'm lazy(which I'm not), I'm dumb, or I have no friends. They think it's funny when I say I need help or whatever on something for school. Or they just sleep all day & than wake up & start yelling at me for nothing, just because they have an attitude or whatever. I'm sick of it & im absolutely done. I try to talk to them about it or they just ignore me, start talking to each other, or yell at me again. Ughh. I don't know what I should do anymore.

Chelsey, my mother treated me like this for years. I didn't see it till the last few years. Why don't you tell them that it hurts you? Or you could just ignore them and prove them wrong. Sorry they are so mean to you. I get verbally abused by my husband daily. All day he calls me names so i know how upsetting this can be
