Any non-invasive way of getting rid of these?? ... I don't like needles and most of the treatments involves poking thru skin.

Have you tried laurel leaves bay leaves with a smoothie. Crushing up the laurel bay leaves and adding fruit berries and drinking it. Bay leaves have been proven to help varicose veins
