I have to begin wearing a full brief diaper 24/7. Before I was wearing a full brief at night and I had a discreet pull on in the day. However, my bladder has become so weak after having a catheter in I'm going to be wearing my Tena slip full time. I'm so embarrassed. I have no sensation that I need to go until it happens so my accidents are very severe. I'm really worried about having to change it during the day especially when I'm out etc as sometimes I need to have some help in changing. Any advice or reassurance?

Sorry to hear that Amy I have to wear full incontinent briefs 24/7 as well and with my leg braces it’s challenging for me to change myself as well hang in there I promise things will be ok you can pm me if you wanna talk

I am 24/7 as well and know how hard that can be, you have to take it one day at a time and be happy for every little win you can find because that makes it easier. I am always open to chatting if you need to talk to someone

So sorry You are going through this Amy. Wearing the right protection is key. Avoiding leaks. And possibly not being able to change right away.

Brandie is right. Protection is key and even it is sometimes uncomfortable it will bring you peace of mind.
I’m diapered 24/7 too and I’m wearing full briefs and plastic pants most of the times.
My mom also helps me so don’t worry you are not alone.
