This is a group for adults struggling with urinary incontinence. Or adults who are back in diapers do to urinary incontinence. It is a group for support and answers on this issue that affects so many people.
Been through 5 Tena Slip Maxi today and not even gone to bed yet! Having a torrd time. Wet at work and had to change multiple times. Leaked on chair too. Aaargh! Had to change twice this evening and wet the bed at a friend's house at the weekend so had to deal with the embarrasment of that too. Not in a good place. Sorry, just had to 'off load' a bit. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!

Have you thought about to use thicker and more absorbent diapers? This would take away your fear to wet your pants or bed.
The most absorbent pads/nappies I can get on the NHS are the Tena Slip and I have tried many over the last 30 years! I have also tried old fashioned terry nappies and plastic pants but they just don't cope. Reminded me too much of prep school days too when I had to wear them to bed, which was very all too obvious and also had to report to the matron in the evening and morning to get changed.
