I think it is a time for a celebration, I am living proof that stability can be achieved for any beeper. I am a BP 1 rapid cycler and was written off by my gdoc and pdocs and told that I would never be close to "normal" and would have to live off of welfare or disability, as there was no hope for me.

During all this naysaying, I never gave up hope on myself, and after much tinkering and research, I finally got the magic combo of meds 2 weeks ago. I feel like a new woman, and have experienced things I have never experienced. I don't want to go to sleep at night because I don't want this feeling to go away.

I find that people are now starting to look at me differently, as someone resilient and confident.

I just want to let you all know that this state of being is achievable, so never give up, no matter what anyone tells you.

I am living evidence that the opposite is the truth.
