How far do you travel?

I go to Wake Forest U hospital, which is about 2.5 hours from my home, to see my RE. My friend in NYC has about a four-minute walk to see hers. That would be significantly more convenient for me, although they allow me to get my monthly US at my local gynecologist's office so I don't have to go down there. Unfortunately that is a pain in the butt too, as they are not always prompt getting the results there. So, do you travel? How do you feel about that?

Thanks for creating this group!! I also travel 2 1/2 hours to get to my RE. I don't have a problem with it although it slightly inconvenient with my husband having to take whole days off of work and is more expensive gas wise but I really don't mind because the extra travel assures that I am getting better help then I would in my small town that only has one fertility doctor! XO

We are lucky to be close to a university research hospital with a great fertility clinic. So, my commute takes about 35-40 minutes each way. Just another thing for me to be thankful about, especially when it seems like everything else is so hard!
