For many people who experience tinnitus, a buzzing, hissing or ringing sound in the ears is something they experience all the time. This constant soundtrack is impossible to escape and it can make everyday activities and daily life more difficult. How do others deal with the sounds?

A friend of mine said to take 500 ml of magnesium a day to help with the noise.

I'm willing to try anything to get this noise to stop but I was told it will never go away but if theirs something that would help even a little I will try it thank you

Today is not so good because now I have developed new sounds like whooshing sounds with crickets chirping lol

Yeah, I've got the tinnitus mess going on. Had it a few years now. I'm 58 with a bunch of health problems. To top it all off I'm homeless too. It's a lot of stress. Sometimes at night I think my head is about to explode. Maybe if I ever got in a little place and work on a better diet that might help. Sugar might bee the cause of it. I'd like to eliminate Coke's cola and all sugar from my diet and see if that helps ... had a head injury some years ago. That might bee part of it ... I'm all messed up ... probably should give up caffeine too.

I try to think of other things, which is not easy when the T is roaring. I think of work (yeah, go figure), problem solving, or try to run a song through my head over and over. Some days it works, and others, lets just say ugh.

I want everyone here to know that, through GOD, they CAN be healed from tinnitus! He did it for me, He will do it for you too! Stay strong, there IS a cure. His name is Jesus. All you have to do is ask and believe and be patient.
