I know some of us live where winter brings us snow, ice and cold and I was wondering how you change your walking routine.
For myself I don't mind walking outdoors but we live in a rural area and the road edge all but disappears in the winter making road walks very unsafe. I rely on my treadmill for most of my winter walking. I would love it if we had a mall but the best for store walking here is a small WalMart.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

Today I had to take someone to the airport at 4:40AM!!! so I went to the 6:00AM Jazzercise class.
I feel GREAT.
Tomorrow more snow is coming, possibly 4-8 inches and my snow blower has trouble starting. Winter in Maine is rough but it hardens you in a way that makes us stronger.
I won't change mmy schedule. If I am pretty much caught up sales, I will go no matter what the weather. Only exception is if the roads are slippery. As much as I like to go, I have to use a little common sense.
God Bless!
