Chicken changed it's name to KFC.
Why ?
(a) They went public on the stock exchange and did it for the initials.
(b) They wanted to shorten their name to make it easier for marketing,
packaging, etc. purposes.
(c) The country was so hung-up on cholesterol issues, they just
wanted to not publicly use the word "fried" in their title anymore.
