A quiet place to reflect. A place where we can feel safe to explore who we are and where we are going. a place where we have the opportunity to create positive change and learn new techniques. A place to walk through our journeys together. "When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."
It's so clever............great food for thought.
Thanks for sharing this with us Spiritriver
Did you know that in biblical days manure was a valued commodity and was actually sold ( as it is nowadays too as fertilizer). Yes, the metaphor is excellent as we can use situations from life to step upon or step in.
As I always say ( another Phil-osophy) look out for #1 and don't step in # 2. Rather step up on #2.
Have a great day
Phil
I am trying very hard to direct my 15 year old son in this direction too, before he goes out into the big wide world of people tossing manure around.
Love it :)

Ive got a manure shield up now so i block it and leave it to rot! lol
Thanks SR
Thank you for this, it reminds me to use my reverse energy practice. I can get so triggered by verbal abuse and I dont get it often. When I do, I immediately leave the situation and work on reversing the energy. If I cant leave the area I visualize everything the person is saying bouncing off my positive energy force and burning in the atmosphere. Someone taught me this long ago. Sounds silly but it works.
If someone says, "you are worthless" I can either see it bounce off me in my mind or catch it, throw it in the air and watch it explode. When my son was younger, his therapist told him to visualize two baskets, one inside and one outside. Negative thoughts and comments go in the inside basket and it is emptied with the trash, positive thoughts go in the inside basket and grow flowers to flourish in his life. Very cool concept. We forget we have as much power as we do to turn things around in our life. We allow ourselves to be hurt too often. Hugs
