i am back

it was a nice trip had some issues but i made it through thanks to xanax but now my anxiety is worse because i am back to loneliness and the routine of my life and my hubby decided to move back home i like that but i am scared i dont know if it is the right step i am so confused and my girls wants to stay here but i am happy that i am back to my favorite group i feel this is my home i love u all thanks for all your messages and hugs .

Take it one day at a time honey and your anxiety won't feel so overwhelming. Also, try not to think about it in a bad way. Negative thoughts breed more negative thinking. Barb-Detroit

Sounds like to me that home is more of a safe place for you? Maybe Michael is thinking of you and your health? Glad you had a good time....
