I see that no one has posted in this group, but I am hoping to build a place where we can talk about the struggle of overcoming opiate addiction.

I am clean off a very serious medical dependence turned opiate addiction/abuse since April 19, 2013.

I would love to meet people who need encouragement, support, or anything related to any phase of addiction and recovery.

I am also a substance abuse/mental health counselor by profession, so I have a view of both sides of the coin ironically.

Would love to hear from anyone.
