Oh my..............I used to say actions speak louder than words. This came from me when I felt unloved and I was told I was loved.

Now............I have come to believe that a spoken word can uplift or crush.

I think more thought goes into an action than goes into a word.

Now I know this isn't the way the question is intended. It is just where it took my mind.

I think what's most important is that what you say and what you do match..

I've been mostly successful at that in these last years..

Now having to look at if I have been lately.

Hmm..sorry..like Hippy..I went where my thinking has been with this.

I wish I had time to say something worthwhile, but I have to hobble back to the salon for one more client.

My opinion: Sometime saying IS doing. I know I have been helped a lot from a listening ear or words of kindness more than I have been helped by actualy having someone do something for me. All is appreciated of course.:)
