Pretty much EVERY day. Especially when I cannnot swallow and I don't have a Doc who gets it. I am paying this guy waaaay to much money for him to not understand. I am also feeling defeated when docs tell me.....I really have not heard of such a thing. REALLY?????

You should be paying me!! I am giving you knowledge......look into it and help me!

Breaking point is usually after 3 days of nonstop pain. Then I dig in my heals and get angry and refuse to let the pain win. When in hell...keep walking, so I walk directly through the eye of the storm. If it hurts to sit still, then I stand up and do something to distract myself. It may hurt more, but I'm thinking of it less.

Words like 'defeat' I remove from my vocabulary and replace with accomplishment and thus change my life.

    Good morning.81 and climbing this afternoon. Joanne I hope you and Mario had a lovely wedding anniversary!
