Haha, Dixe, I know the feeling. 3 pm here and i am thinking about whats in the frezzer.

No idea tonight, But i do have lots of crookneck and zucchini from the garden.

Maybe a pasta!

It's been a while since I've cooked for anyone else and I don't feel inclined to be very creative just for myself.

My stomach has felt so sick that it's a wonder I was able to get down some cereal. I read that it's one of the side effects of the med I'm on for a week...grrrrrrr.

As soon as the thought of normal food doesn't turn my stomach, I'll send some ideas your way!

No good ideas from here, Dixie, but your leftover dinner sounds pretty darn good. Enjoy!

I put a turkey breast in crock pot last night and cooked it on low all night. We had that with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Every once in awhile we crave a real old fashioned meal. Usually it is something light.
