after two days of junk food, i baked a stuffed chicken breast, corn on the cob and broccoli. i've found everything can be baked/steamed in a foil packet.

I feel like I've been on 5 day's of junk as DH was not around. But I did make a soup that I thought DH would not care for and was suprised when he actually liked it. At first I felt like I was making "stone soup" if you get the fable.

There wasn't a whole lot to choose from, I thought. But there was, and all was good. Yea. He is doing the shopping these days so I never know.

my husband does the shoping foten and sometimes the things he brings home he would never of goten away with if i was there he byes junckfood ..................i had vegatablechips and orangjuse for supper .................they have no potatoes or cracker in them just veratable i am alergec to cowes milk and potatoes...............i dont cook much when my husband is gone i just cant seam to get my sefl motivated enough so i make sure i have healthy thing i can pick on and lots of fruit .....................oooooooooooooooooo
