i have no idea what today holds. trying to make plans when it depends on someone else is impossible.

drying sage to use several ways. i love sage butter, but i'd like to give some as gifts rather than eat it. i have to rig up an awning for my little plants since it's getting into the 90's already. i took a cottage cheese container and poked holes in the top to root some cuttings. works really well.

RSD was already flaring, but it's easing up.

Sage butter is so good on pumpkin ravioli. We have a local stor that makes them, yummy.

Shoulder sore, achy this morning. So I took a couple alive and an trying " blue-emu" balm. Then when it fells better, I'll get going.
Garbage day, so I think I'll clean the refrigerator. Then just enjoy the cooler day, 82 degrees. So nice after the low hundreds last week.

I'm here. Sometimes by the time I read what's going on...well, that's as far as I get.

I went to PT yesterday and then forced myself to do a color/cut in the afternoon. It's very apparent that my neck and shoulder are as bad as ever now that my meds are reduced. My doc wrote in my chart that I could either wean off over a few weeks or do it inpatient. I confirmed with my Sister that she never talked about that plan with us. So I'm back to continueing the next drop in meds and working again with my Naturopath.

I have got to do a haircut at 11:00 and a color/cut/wax at 3:30. I don't know how I'm going to do the second one, but she has been waiting since I had to cancel last week. $$$ Groan...all I want to do is knock myself out so I don't feel anything.

I haven't been on much because of being so busy. Keeping up the veg garden and flower gardens.
Also getting ready to leave tomorrow morning for Michigan for the nascar race weekend.

Last week my PM doc put me on the butranTS patch and it seems to be working great most days.
I find that the couple of days before changing it that pain does go up some.

My wish is that we all can have the best day possible today!!!!

cherry, i just want to punch that dr. from what i've heard going inpatient is worse. i wish you could work out a milder schedule for yourself. one every other day? i know you need the $$, but you're going through a lot LOT.

cindi, hope you have a good time in MI. the patches does seem to lose their power toward the end. my PM put me on a 48 hour schedule instead of 72 hours. everyone processes it differently.

In my case I have what is called a loud day for my tinnitus. I have a blazing EEEEEEEEE! I have allergies and have been working in my yard, so that could be it. Speaking of yards, I found a nest of baby rabbits in my yard, soooooo cute. I have never seen that before, made my day. Lol.

Today is my granddaughter's graduation, I am so proud of her, she had a struggle for a long time, but she made it!
