Hi girls,
Been a long day here. Been gone from 8:30 till 3:40. I'm really tired and hurting a little. I think it's going to be pizza night. I guess I better get use to it. Son has appointments nearly every day of the week. My mother is having a colonoscopy next fri. And MIL is having knee surgery the following week. I'm going to be running all the time!
O btw, son passed his driving test.
Serenity and Tonna are you ready for the storms? I think I am.
Empathy I just died my hair black too :) but didn't do my nails. I can't seem to stop picking at them.
Cindi you've been missed. Hope your pain eases soon.
Muskrat I hate ear aches!!! Feel better soon.
Well I am about to turn my son lose on the road by himself for the first time. I'm scared to death!

Enigma did you fight a brave battle at work today:)
It kept getting worse and I knew my Fentanyl patch had released the med too fast. Thre's no way to stop it so I became really anxious, but rode it out. I finally went to bed, but truly wondered if I'd be waking up. Well...I did at 2:30 and didn't sleep again until a little rest this afternoon.
I'm really hurting and feeling sick all over. I have to drive about 35 min. to the Dentist tomorrow after doing a lady's cut/style in the morning. Now I'm getting anxious about that. Not the Dentist, but whether I'm going to be ok to get there.
Congratulations to your Son on getting his license. I know...the worrying begins. I remember. It sounds like you have an exhausting time ahead of you. Remember to take care of yourself, too.

I'm ready, but looks like the timetable has been changed. Apparently this is a slower moving system than they originally expected. It should hit you Dix, by 3am, me by 6, and Serenity about 8. Looks like I will be driving K to school in the thick of it, great, just great.
Temps tomorrow will be 30 degrees lower than today, sigh. Luckily I got everything done today and so if I can't move tomorrow, I don't have to feel guilty about staying in bed.
Hope you get some rest tonight Cherry, and have no problems getting to the dentist tomorrow.

We are catching the weather you TN. folks are waiting for. Getting ready for some strong winds which you always expect when the temp is going to drop about 40 degrees. 80 to 40. Worried about JC. Tornados in her area. She is north of me.
Dixie congrats on adding a new driver in your family. Great news. Does sound like you are going to be busy.

Cherry it sounds like your internal thermostat runs high. Very scary that the med hits so fast. Almost sounds like you aren't a candidate for the patch. Does it get better after the first hours of a new patch.

My day has been busy with just stuff! Things need to be finished but once again I got side tracked. The taxes will be done online tomorrow! Really. Nothing will detour me.
The weather has been so beautiful with the promise of Spring coming into her splendor. It makes me want to dig but that is not allowed by my Rheumy nor my body. Raised beds are now I. My future as I cannot bear the summer without vine ripe tomatoes, cucumbers or strawberries.
Java is getting her nails trimmed and little Sho-Sho is leaning to allow her tiny little kitty nails need trimmed.
Leaving shortly to the Salmon patties with garlic mashed potatoes in the warmer.

Dixie...ohhhh I know how it goes...my daughter got her license last summer. I make her text me everyday when she gets to school...even though its 5 min from our house!! However...she is very cautious, and I am sure your son will be. Most important rule...NO PHONE WHILE DRIVING!!!!! Does he have a car?? My daughter does but she doesn't like driving!
Cherry...I have had that happen when I was on the patch. It is scary. Glad it eased up.
Tonna...we had storms last night! Went on forever!! Be careful!
Hippy...good to see you! Wow...80 - 40 is a big drop. We haven't really been out of the 40's much. Getting frustrating.
Just checking in for me. I'm usually not on in the evening but Maddy has been home sick all day and is camped out in my room. She is working on her homework she missed from today, which is geometry, which means her dad or sister has to help her!! So I am waiting to get my bed back!! Been a long day! I hope she is better tomorrow!
