hope you can overcome that depressive feeling.
i agree with what's going on in our world. it's disturbs me massively and we're only lucky in the sense that this has happened before elections. it's sortof triggered ptsd from 9/11 having been in nyc pretty close. trying to distance myself from news. and i'm with you in hoping the refugees aren't turned away b/c of this. they're trying to escape that madness.
on a brighter side. my aunt, cousin and her daughters will be able to come visit for thanksgiving. cousin is in a rough custody battle, so it will be a good break and a nice family visit.
hope we can all get back to more regular check ins.
love and hugs to all!
Terrorism is called this because it is meant to install fear and terror in a persons heart. Causing them to forgot all else. We can't allow ourself to give in to this. To loose our compassion and our daily joy. We win when we stand strong and united and help our neighbors in need, love you my friend. Don't dismay. Many feel the same as you and I.
Missed our post yesterday. Serenity I hope you can get a letter of confirmation from your doctor regarding the severe arthritis or degeneration of your spine. This should be of help to find an apartment.
Empathy so good to see you.
Carly you as well. Can't imagine a move after all those years in same home. Just having the yard sale three weeks ago nearly did both us in.
Welcome to our newest hen. I sure enjoyed both sites with the discounts for seniors.
Serenity I hope the weather has cleared for you. Ours shut off last night. We did have some flooding.
Kim same goes for you. I know you don't like the cold and it is coming. Thank goodness you crocheted some nice warm afghans. Has miss A's mom found new clients yet? Getting close for #1 son home if he is coming for thanksgiving.
All quiet here on the little farm. Farm if you count my tomato plants and Tabasco pepper plants. They are still producing. F. left this AM for my aunt and uncle's big farm. I expect to see a picture of a hairless goat when he comes home. They bought some. We had high winds and it was chilly most of the day. Once the wind stopped it warmed up. I will find a project to keep me busy.
love and peace
